Neo Letsoela Ramahapu.

Neo is a Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Population Services International – Lesotho, an organisation that provides integrated HIV/AIDS and sexual reproductive health services in communities and facilities. Here she maintains data collection aspects, monitors projects on a daily basis and evaluates the performance at the end of each period. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in statistics as well as short courses on M&E fundamentals, data quality and strategic information. She is based at Arizona State University and is our final fellow under the Leadership in Public Management Track
