During a press conference held in Maseru on Thursday, the Minister of Education and Training (MoET), Professor Ntoi Rapapa, officially announced the 2024 grade seven results. In his address, the Minister highlighted the exceptional performance of several learners across the country, revealing the top achievers from different districts.
Professor Rapapa proudly named the seven top learners who earned distinguished positions for their outstanding academic performance. Leading the pack was Nyane Mosothoane from Mohale’s Hoek, who secured the top spot, achieving the highest marks in the country. Following closely behind were Lee Reitumetse of Maseru and Atang Letlema of Leribe, both of whom claimed second place for their exemplary results.
Third place honors were shared among a few outstanding learners, including Naledi Khutlang of Mohale’s Hoek, Jessica Majara of Maseru, Boitelo Moorosi of Mohale’s Hoek, and Sehobai Moseli of Mafeteng. Their remarkable efforts contributed to a successful year for the country’s grade seven students.
The announcement was met with excitement, as these learners have set a high standard of excellence for future students across Lesotho. The Ministry of Education and Training expressed its gratitude to the educators and parents who supported these learners in their educational journey.
