The Lesotho Communications Authority informs the public and industry stakeholders that it has received an application for Content (Sound) Broadcasting Licence from Boiketlo Media (Pty) Ltd. The Licence authorizes the holder to operate sound broadcasting system and to provide sound broadcasting services to the public. The duration of the Licence, if approved by the Authority, will be for a period of 15 years.
Acting in terms of rule 3 (8) of the Lesotho Communications Authority (Administrative) Rules No. 77 of 2016, the Authority hereby invites written comments from the general public and industry stakeholders in respect of the application for Sound Broadcasting Licence by Boiketlo Media (Pty) Ltd.
