As the Faculty Manager for Business Management and Globalization at Limkokwing Lesotho, Hlabathe blends academic leadership with real-world impact. With a team of 27 staff under his direction, he’s helped shape the futures of 200+ student entrepreneurs through hands-on training and mentorship.

Renowned for his servant leadership style, Hlabathe has championed frameworks that boost institutional performance and fuel innovation within the education sector. His passion lies in advancing business school strategies, exploring how SMMEs influence macroeconomic policy, and building strong bridges between academia and the entrepreneurial world.

This year, he’s headed to Clark Atlanta University for six weeks under the Leadership in Business track, where he’ll sharpen his skills, grow his network, and bring back insights to elevate Lesotho’s business and education ecosystems.
