Ntsane Reginald Lepholisa

Ntsane Lepholisa has more than six years of experience in the payments and financial technology industry. Currently, Ntsane is founder of Flesh, a firm that expands access to payment settlements, basic financial services, and mobile commerce to low-income communities in Africa. He is also founder of the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Agency, a policy advocacy group for youth economic issues that lobbies political and governance structures in Lesotho. Previously, Ntsane served as ministerial secretary to the minister of development planning in Lesotho. Ntsane holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Trade and Investment. He believes that fintech is the key to financial inclusion and that it will one day unlock real wealth for middle- to low-income communities. Ntsane credits the Mandela Washington Fellowship, which he received in 2014, with imparting the concept of tech-driven startups during his studies at Northwestern University. His understanding of global payment systems was cemented by a Fellowship-secured placement at Wall Street. That knowledge remains a reference point for his tech startup, Flesh.
