PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE: MOAFRIKA FM APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF OPERATING LICENCE

The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) informs the public that it has received an application for renewal of Content (Sound Broadcasting) Licence from Third World Evangelical Movement for Human Rights and Democracy t/a MoAfrika FM. The Sound Broadcasting Licence of MoAfrika FM will expire on 31 October 2022.

Acting in terms of Section 4 (j) of the Communications Act No. 4 of 2012, the Authority hereby invites the general public and industry stakeholders to submit comments on the MoAfrika FM’s application for licence renewal.
