Lesotho Ambassador Ntsiuoa Sekete Presents Letters of Credence to Rwanda’s Minister of Interior

H.E. Ambassador Ntsiuoa Sekete formally presented copies of her Letters of Credence to Dr. Vincent Biruta, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Rwanda, marking a significant step in her accreditation as Non-Resident High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Lesotho to Rwanda.
