Lesotho Ambassador Ntsiuoa Sekete Presents Letters of Credence to Rwanda’s Minister of Interior

H.E. Ambassador Ntsiuoa Sekete formally presented copies of her Letters of Credence to Dr. Vincent Biruta, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Rwanda, marking a significant step in her accreditation as Non-Resident High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Lesotho to Rwanda. Ambassador Sekete used the occasion to convey warm greetings and best wishes from His Majesty Letsie III, Head of State of Lesotho, and from the Government led by the Right Honourable Sam Matekane, Prime Minister and Head of Government.
