Lesotho Ambassador Ntsiuoa Sekete Presents Credentials to Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame

Ntsiuoa Sekete, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho and Permanent Representative to the African Union, formally presented her Letters of Credence to Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda. The ceremony took place at the State House in Kigali. This presentation accredited her as Non Resident High Commissioner of Lesotho to Rwanda.
