Lesotho’s Permanent Representative to the UN Meets UN Women Deputy Executive Director

Ambassador H.E. Matete ‘Nena, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Lesotho to the United Nations, paid a formal courtesy visit to Ms. Nyaradzayi Gumbonzvanda, UN Women Deputy Executive Director for Normative Support, UN System Coordination, and Programme. The meeting followed Lesotho’s election as one of ten African Member States to serve on the UN‑Women Executive Board for the 2026–2028 term.
