His Majesty King Letsie III Commissions Mrs. Nts’ebo Esther Moshoeshoe as Lesotho’s Ambassador to Ireland

In a significant diplomatic development, His Majesty King Letsie III officially commissioned Mrs. Nts’ebo Esther Moshoeshoe as the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho to Ireland on 09 July 2025. Mrs. Moshoeshoe brings to the role a wealth of experience across the financial sector, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. With an impressive track record that includes serving as Head of Private Banking and Head of Retail Banking at Nedbank Lesotho, she is widely recognised for her integrity, foresight, and commitment to service excellence.

Her leadership extends beyond the banking sector. She has played key roles in several governance structures, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at the Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation, a Trustee of both the Royal Education Development Trust and the Queens National Trust Fund, and Chairperson of the Audit and Finance Committee. In these roles, she has been instrumental in promoting transparency, accountability, and effective financial oversight.

Academically, Mrs. Moshoeshoe holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Financial Accounting and Management, along with a Certificate in Business Studies—credentials that have fortified her reputation as a results-driven and visionary leader.
