Tšepiso holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Free State, a Postgraduate Programme in Mining Engineering (Technical and Operational Surface Mining Excellence) from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. In the past 10 years, he has worked for several companies and organizations in various capacities. He served as a member of Letšeng ’s Tender Committee while also working as Continuous Improvement Lead. Mofolo further worked as Contract Manager for BMI Drilling at Letšeng Diamond Mine and as Project Manager at ISF group in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has also worked as Structural Engineer at Illiso Consulting Engineers in Centurion, South Africa, as Technical Director at SM Consulting Engineers in Maseru and as Junior Engineer at Bazi Dukhan Consulting Engineers in Durban, South Africa. He also served as a Non-Executive Director for Moradi Crushers in Maseru. He joined Letšeng as Continuous Improvement Lead in August 2019.
