Lineo is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) through the Centre for Accounting Studies (CAS) in 2006. She has 20 years of professional experience in cost and financial management, budget preparation & monitoring, financial reporting knowledge and capex management. Having worked in government, corporate world and civil society organisations, Lineo cut her professional teeth in 2002 as Senior Accountant in the Ministry of Education. From 2009 to 2011, she worked at Pact Lesotho as an Accountant, where she was responsible for grants and financial management, mentoring and technical assistance to NGOs and CBOs in financial management, procurement and administrative systems. She further worked at First National Bank Lesotho (FNB) as Finance Manager, focusing more on statutory and regulatory financial requirements. She left FNB in 2011 to join Maluti Mountain Brewery as Financial Services Manager. In 2014, she joined Lesotho Post Bank as Chief Financial Officer. In 2015, she joined Letšeng as Management Accountant. Her position was later upgraded to Financial Manager, which she currently holds.
