Sophy Phohleli
Sophy Eveline Phohleli has more than eight years’ experience in marketing, communications, recruitment, and business process outsourcing. Currently, Sophy is general manager of support services and contact center solutions at Mamoth Citrus Group in Lesotho, where she focuses on stakeholder relations, personnel management, and improvement of overall business functions. She has extensive experience in recruitment at both the executive and junior levels in telecommunications, health, financial services, and non-governmental organizations. For clients, she has coordinated psychometric assessments on job fitness and integrity, and conducted personal profile analyses. Sophy holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Sociology. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Sophy aspires to grow professionally and to use the skills and experience she has acquired to enhance overall people management in organizations and to ensure a conducive working environment for all.
