Mpitseng Andrias Ntsoele

Mpitseng Andrias Ntsoele has seven years in the cooperative development sector. She is a founder of the College of Cooperative Entrepreneurship and Business Studies, which offers entrepreneurial coursework focused on the production of food, cosmetics, and detergents. Mpitseng is a cooperatives lecturer at the Lesotho Cooperative College, and a member of Young Adults Fighting Depression, a non-governmental organization that assists youth fighting depression. Mpitseng holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and International Business from Amity University. She is committed to changing the higher education system in Lesotho to address the current economic needs of the country. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Mpitseng will continue to work with youth in Lesotho through her mentorship programs.
