At least 971 students graduated with Diplomas, Degrees, and Excellency awards during Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) Class of 2025 graduation ceremony. The event was attended by Queen ‘Masenate Seeiso, DPM Justice Nthomeng Majara, the Minister of Education and Training (MoET) Professor Ntoi Rapapa, and other members of academia, including industry advisors.

In her congratulatory address, Queen ‘Masenate Seeiso highlighted that the graduates possess the necessary skills to succeed in their respective industries. She described them as torchbearers of creativity and innovation, applauding the University for providing technological advancement to its students. “Heartfelt appreciation to the University for offering technology advancement to these students. Continue to adapt so that graduates are prepared in the competitive arena,” she said. The Queen emphasized that success is measured not only by academic qualifications but also by the impact graduates will make in their communities and across the nation. She reaffirmed the government’s commitment to advancing tertiary education, noting that the graduation ceremony is a testament to this effort.

Minister of Education and Training, Professor Ntoi Rapapa, encouraged graduates to recognize the responsibility that comes with education. He reminded students that Lesotho’s taxpayers have invested in their education through NMDS financial support, and in return, graduates should act as change agents in their communities and the country at large.

Professor Rapapa also highlighted Limkokwing University’s Malaysian model of learning, which challenges traditional education methods. He expressed optimism for the future, stating that within five years, the University aims to establish a permanent campus in Lesotho by 2030, strengthening its presence and impact on higher education in the region.

The Class of 2025 graduation not only marked academic achievement but also reinforced the role of education in shaping leaders, innovators, and community-driven change agents ready to contribute meaningfully to Lesotho and beyond.
