Lesotho’s senior national soccer team, affectionately known as Likuena (The Crocodiles), has been drawn in Group C for this year’s COSAFA Cup. They will compete against Angola, Namibia, and Seychelles in the tournament.
The 2024 edition of the COSAFA Senior Challenge Cup will take place from June 26 to July 3 in Durban, located in the KwaZulu-Natal Province of South Africa.
In a draw conducted last Friday, Lesotho, last year’s runners-up, were placed in Group C. They will face tough competition from three-time winners Angola, 2015 champions Namibia, and Seychelles.
The group stage matches are scheduled from June 26 to July 3, with the semi-finals set for July 5. The final and the third-place play-off will take place two days later, concluding the tournament.
