Shoeshoe Mofokeng
As we continue to highlight our #YALILesotho2022Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders fellows, next up is Shoeshoe Mofokeng.
Shoeshoe is a social worker and Early Childhood Care & Development (ECCD) specialist with over 12 years’ experience. She currently works for the Network of Early Childhood Development of Lesotho (NECDOL) where she is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all the organization’s programs and liaising closely with the Ministry of Education and Social Development. The network was founded in 2016 with the hope of
promoting partnerships and collaborations between organisations working in the ECCD space. One of her greatest achievements in this role was designing and piloting a parental stress management program.
