Sello is a nurse-midwife who currently co-leads the nursing team in a High Dependency Unit at Berea Hospital. He has worked for the Ministry of Health at a local facility in the rural parts of Northern Lesotho where he headed the men’s clinic before moving to the COVID-19 Isolation unit as a team leader. He is also a mental health advocate and is completing a master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing from the National University of Lesotho.
In future, he hopes to establish a non-profit organisation that will focus on mental health as he believes there is a lack of sustainable rehabilitation centres in the country. Sello will undertake his fellowship with Appalachian State University under the Leadership in Civic Engagement track
