Ms Mafelile Molala is a member of the board of directors at Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) having been appointed in October, 2021.
She is a seasoned consultant with over fourteen (14) years’ experience in diverse areas including Finance, Training, Coaching, Mentorship and Research and has worked for various organisations both locally and internationally. Some of the organisations she has worked for include the International Organisation for Migration, the Afghan National Association for Adult Education, UNESCO, SIYB Association for East Africa, PACT International, Nigeria Employers Consultative Association and the Ministry of Finance in Lesotho.
Ms Molala’s work is known in countries like Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Angola, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Mali, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Egypt, Tunisia, Indonesia, Afghanisatan and Vietnam.
She holds a Masters Degree in Development Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree.
