Likentso Jankie

Likentšo is a Lawyer and a Compliance Practitioner (CPrac(SA)), employed as the Company Secretary at Letšeng, responsible for Legal and Governance functions. She worked in the banking industry, serving in the legal, governance and compliance fields, before moving to the mining industry. Likentšo’s academic qualifications include Certificate in Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town, Management Development Programme from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) of the University of Pretoria, a Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance Management from the University of Johannesburg, Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Natal (now the University of KwaZulu-Natal). She is a member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa, the Institute of Directors of Lesotho and of the Compliance Institute of South Africa.
