Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) in conjunction with the Internet Society (ISOC) will host a workshop on Scalable Network Infrastructure at Lancers Inn, Cnr. Kingsway & Pioneer Road, Maseru from 25 – 29 March 2019.
The workshop targets the Network and IT Systems Administrators who have little to no experience as it is an introductory course. The following topics will be covered:
1. Basic Routing (Static routing, TCP/IP model)
2. IPv4/v6 Addressing
3. OSPF
4. BGP
5. Management of router configuration
6. Network Operations Centre (NOC)- Network Performance monitoring tools
7. Routing Security concepts
8. Internet Exchange Points between networks
