Teboho Moahloli has five years of experience in national strategic education planning. Teboho is assistant economic planner at the Lesotho Ministry of Education and Training, where she is engaged in the development, implementation, and evaluation of national research, policies, plans, and projects that maximize the government’s return on national resources and strengthen the delivery of inclusive access to quality education. Teboho is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Governance at Flinders University in Australia. A 2019 Mandela Washington Fellow, Teboho has an affinity for solving critical development challenges, particularly those related to human capital. Through her educational pursuits, she hopes to hone her knowledge and skills and develop professional networks that will allow her to expand her work. She credits the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders with her 2019 appointment as national focal person for inclusive education in Lesotho. The Fellowship connected her with international education policy specialists, whose ideas inspired her to play a leading role in the revision of the inclusive education policy in Lesotho.
