Lekhooa Nathnael Montsi

Lekhooa Montsi has over four years’ experience as the chief executive officer of The Legal Voice Ltd, the largest legal insurance expenses company in Lesotho with seven branches across the country. He was previously the head of the accounts and finance department for the same company. In this role, he helped the company build its assets base by implementing and executing solid financial policies. He is a general accountant by training and is currently studying Chartered Accounting at the Center for Accounting Studies. He is the co-founder and director of Lounge City, a furniture store operating in Lesotho and South Africa. Montsi is also the founder of the SaveLoti Supermarket. Additionally, Montsi is the co-founder and executive director of Help 4 Helpless, an NGO working with orphans on agricultural projects. He is experienced in entrepreneurial leadership, implementation and execution of business strategies, preparation of company budgets, and financial management. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Montsi plans to mitigate the high unemployment rate in Lesotho by expanding SaveLoti Supermarket’s portfolio.
